A Home in Warmia
Our home sits in the Warmia region, right on the shore of a small lake in the village of Zerbuń. We are immersed in the surrounding nature – meadows, forests, fields, wetlands – nature in its purest form. Quiet and calm take on a different dimension here. The house has 10 guest rooms, and we share our meals in a large, sunny dining room with a beautiful view over the meadow.
We spend our afternoons by the lake. In the evening we love to sit by the fire and gaze up at the starry sky, and on autumn and winter evenings the fireplace crackles cheerfully.
Highland
Part of our home in Warmia is a farm of Scottish Highland cattle. The herd is made up of cows, bulls and calves of various colours. Despite their long horns and spirited nature, they are very gentle and friendly.
Our cattle roam 60 hectares of beautiful meadows and forests surrounded by a picturesque wetland. You can see them up close from the viewpoint, and even feed them dry bread from our kitchen.
Taste
Every dish we share with our Guests is created in our own kitchen. We listen to the nature around us and to the rhythm of the changing seasons. We love traditional Polish cuisine built on regional and seasonal produce.
We bake our own bread for breakfasts and dinners, make our own cured meats and smoke our own fish. We choose high-quality produce to draw out the flavour and aroma that will delight the Guests gathered around our table.
