Warmia is a land rich in game. Plenty of venison, fish and all kinds of meat are eaten here. The Highland Warmia menu is ruled by dishes built on ingredients with exceptional flavour: bone-in Mangalica pork chop, venison roast in a wine sauce, or baked vendace from the local lakes served with grilled vegetables. You also simply must try the dishes made from our own Highlanders.

Man does not live by meat alone, which is why our kitchen also relies on seasonal vegetables and fruit that we harvest from our own greenhouse or buy from local suppliers. Care for balance in the kitchen is a priority for us and one of the many things we can take pride in — and that will delight you.

As the popular saying goes: “eat breakfast like a king.” True to this rule, our tables are never short of Polish classics such as egg spread, hearty cheeses, homemade cured meats and fresh vegetables straight from our greenhouse. What is more, we try to support local farmers and to buy most of the produce we use to prepare all sorts of treats for you from them.

Besides the classic buffet, on request we prepare warm dishes: pancakes with homemade jam, scrambled eggs and our own sausages. We can also take pride in our homemade bread. If you are going to start the day, you might as well start it with a feast like this!

With us, dinner begins just as it does at home — with a delicious soup. Two kinds await you every day and, most importantly, we serve them with no limits. Then we invite you to explore the main courses from our à la carte menu.

Each day our cook prepares different specialities, blending the richness of Polish hunting cuisine with a modern touch. Whether you choose meat dishes or prefer vegetarian options, you are sure to find something for yourself. And for “good digestion” and a pleasant afternoon, we recommend taking a look at our wine list and other drinks.

Coffee and cake — a must-have moment of the day! There is no need to worry that you will have to give up this habit while resting in our home. Whenever the craving strikes, you will find small snacks and drinks in the dining room, perfect for a lighter hunger.

For special occasions

For special occasions we will also prepare tasting boards with homemade cured meats, cheeses and pickled cucumbers, as well as grilling sets — Mangalica pork neck, sausages, cucumbers, homemade bread, garlic butter and sauces.
