Our undeniable asset is our location – the house in which we host you sits among fields and forest groves, a short distance from Zerbuń lake and several nearby ponds. We will accommodate you in comfortable rooms with truly idyllic views. We make sure that each of our guests can spend their time their own way, which is why we have prepared a range of attractions that you can enjoy free of charge or for a small fee. In the summer season you will find water equipment by Zerbuń lake: pedal boats, kayaks and rowing boats, while in winter (and beyond) you can enjoy a sauna with a view of the beach. In addition, on the grounds of the Highland Warmia Guest House you will find:

The Highlanders’ Homestead
Next to our Guest House in Warmia we run a homestead that is home to a friendly herd of Scottish Highland cattle. You can see the animals up close from a viewpoint located near the homestead, and you can even feed them dry bread provided by our kitchen.
In addition, on the grounds of the farm stay you will find a playground and courts for volleyball, basketball and football.
On days when the weather does not cooperate, our youngest guests can continue their fun in the playroom inside the house. For adults, meanwhile, we have prepared a banquet room. There you can settle into comfortable armchairs for a game of chess or simply relax in the company of friends and family.
