Highland Warmia Guest House
Our house is located in Warmia, right next to a small lake in the village of Zerbuń. We are immersed in the nature that surrounds us – meadows, forests, fields, wetlands – nature in its purest form. Here, peace and quiet take on a different dimension. The quiet is true quiet, and the calm is true calm. The house has 10 guest rooms, and we take our meals in a large, sunny dining room with a beautiful view of the meadow.
Our strengths
Home Cooking
The heart of our Warmia home is the kitchen. From early in the morning, for breakfast we serve you the harvest from our greenhouse and produce from local farmers. We prepare lunches with just as much dedication – every day you will enjoy a soup and a hearty main course. You will not find any reheated cutlets on our menu, only freshly prepared dishes of Polish and hunters’ cuisine. After lunch, when you fancy “something sweet”, we will treat you to tasty cakes and homemade baked goods.

Comfortable accommodation
All rooms are equipped with the essential amenities that make a stay in our house a pure pleasure. The rooms have large, bright windows offering a soothing view of the surrounding fields and forests.
A variety of attractions
For the guests who visit us we have prepared a range of attractions, such as pedal boats, barbecue shelters and fishing spots, which will certainly add variety to your stay in Warmia. Recently you can also enjoy the sauna located right on the shore of Zerbuń lake.
Playroom and banquet hall
Our youngest guests have a large playroom at their disposal, filled with colourful toys.
For slightly older guests we have arranged a relaxation area with armchairs, sofas, board games and table football.
Highland Safari
Part of our Guest House is a homestead of Scottish Highland cattle.
You can see the herd up close during the Highland Safari trips we organise – guided tours around the vast pasture covering 60 hectares.

Life in Warmia
We spend our afternoons by the lake, going for walks and feasting our eyes on everything around us, and in the evening we like to sit by the campfire and gaze up at the starry sky. On autumn and winter evenings the fire crackles merrily in the fireplace while we talk about life, treat ourselves to good drinks and sometimes play cards.
